Terms and Conditions

Subject to all the terms and conditions contained herein and in consideration thereof, the CLIENT acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. PRIVACY POLICY: Luxury Car Bookings LA is committed to protecting your privacy. We promise to keep all the information that you share with us confidential. We only collect personal information from clients in order to process billing, fulfill service and provide a personal and customised experience. We do not share your information with any outside parties.
2. CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION POLICY: Luxury Car Bookings LA collects and processes your personal information, which refers to any freely given, specific, informed indication of will, whereby you agree to the collection and processing of your personal, sensitive or privileged information. We processe your personal information in accordance with the law, this Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and other legal instruments which you may have entered into with Luxury Car Bookings LA.
3. RESERVATION: Luxury Car Bookings LA will require 100% reservation fee, depending on the service availed.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation made 24 hours prior to scheduled service shall be returned the 100% of the reservation fee.
• Cancellation made less than 24 hours before scheduled service shall be charged 5% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation made less than 12 hours before scheduled service shall be charged 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation made less than 4 hours before scheduled service shall be charged 30% cancellation fee.

1. REFUND AND FINANCE charges will be shouldered by the CLIENT.
2. TERMS OF PAYMENT – Cash, Credit Card or Prepaid Payment Only.
3. ALCOHOL, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE, SMOKING – Luxury Car Bookings LA is committed to providing a safe, clean vehicle for our customers and employees. In order to better deliver on this commitment, we will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero-tolerance compliance policy.  
4. GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION – These services shall be governed by and conytued with the internal laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
